By creating an account or using DocStak, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to use DocStak only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Upload content that violates any law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use DocStak to store or transmit malicious code.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

You can create a household and invite others. You are responsible for who you invite and for the content you choose to share. Members of a household can view items you mark as shared within that household.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk to DocStak or its users.

DocStak, its logo, design and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

DocStak is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of critical documents.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by email.
